This week, your Final Writing Project assignment is to submit a brief summary of the main ideas of your paper (1–2 paragraphs). Your main idea should discuss the oversight and regulatory process of both the EPA and the state Department of Environmental Protection—and the factors to be considered regarding oversight of agency action, as well as an outline of assumptions you have made about provisions of the law. Be sure to cite your sources and submit by the end of Unit 4.
