Enterprise risk management

Please read the following chapters from textbook

• Chapter 6- Strategic Risk Management at the LEGO group
• Chapter 9- Lessons from the Academy: ERM implementation in the University setting

Why is the organizational culture important to consider in implementing ERM. Explain how the culture of an organization can have advantages and disadvantages in implementing ERM. Your response should be minimally two pages double space (Times Roman, font size 12). There should be minimally 3 references from credible sources in APA format. The bibliography should be included as a separate page and is not part of the 2 page requirement.
