Overview

Reflection: Ever since the pandemic, there have been significant increases in flipping classes from physical locations and creating hybrid learning environments (synchronous) or completely virtual learning environments (asynchronous).
For this journal, reflect on the following information:
Describe what makes the material engaging.
Provide 1–3 examples. Some examples of this would be the media format chosen (video, slides, music, etc.).
Understanding the limitations of processing new information.
Identify 1–2 steps in the process of your design where you ensure that there are natural breaks to allow learners to reflect.
