editing on my writing

I did an online simulation innovation game which is about a struggle newspaper company called " The citizen Sun" this company has a huge impact on it's ads revenue and has also low in their digital news " and decreases in web traffic" so they wants me to come up with a best relevant idea to return the company as before and better " innovative" 

 I am a product manager of the company in the game and the game has 12 initiatives each initiative has several ideas. I picked 3 initiatives from the 12 initiatives. the last step was I have to pick  one idea from the all 3 initiatives that I have chosen.

the initiatives was: 

1. Run an innovation bootcamp with an internal team 

2. Post questions to the Citizen Sun social media followers

3. Run a special project with leading advertisers 

The idea was : ( I chose this idea from the first initiative) 

 Create a channel on a popular online video- sharing website

I want from you to do editing writing for the first question 

for the second question I want to do editing and write about the strategic that I used to drive me to these 3 initiatives. ( I used "The Four Modes of Innovation Framework"  as my strategic to choose the initiatives I will upload it)
