SJ is an African American patient with a history of obesity and depression. She has been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes, hypertension, and hyperlipidemia. Drugs currently prescribed include the following: 

metformin 500 mg BID 

lisinopril 20 mg daily 

Zetia 10mg daily 

Norvasc 10 mg daily 

HCTZ 50 mg daily

metoprolol 100 mg daily

aspirin 81 mg daily
