  Use your critical thinking skills to write an assessment using the hypothetical case scenario.

Please follow directions and answer each of the following below after reading the hypothetical case scenario attached.

In a minimum of two-pages (not counting the title page and reference page) address the following:

• Identify at least three (3) strengths that you possess in working with the client and/or family.
• Discuss at least three (3) challenges that you have in working with the client and/or family.
• Identify at least three (3) potential ways that you can use their strengths to support the client and/or family.
• Explain at least three (3) strategies for addressing the challenges the client and/or family face.
• List other professionals that may offer additional support to the client and/or family.
• Complete the intake and assessment form.
