Topic: "Diversity in Children’s Literature"

• Locate two strong resources that can be used to enhance your understanding of the issues involved with that topic. In a Word document or Google Docs, create a Works Cited page, and then list both sources, using MLA 8 rules for source citations. Under each source, write a 75 word summary of each source and a 50 word explanation for how each source relates to your research topic. This informal list of resources will help prepare you for more formal research in the coming weeks.  
• Submit your topic choice and your works cited with your 2 source citations (with summaries and explanations). Note: you must reply first before seeing responses from other students.
