Discussions Team Management

· I need 3 discussion papers  all on  both (Team designing and team identity, concentrate more on team designing) , each paper should read at least 3 academically reviewed articles . Summarize the  each article in 300 words or more. Provide appropriate reference.  APA format. 3 peer reviewed references must for each article. 300 words each.

And after the completing the 3 articles, As a team, write a comprehensive summary of the  above 3 articles. 

Present a separate  300 word discussion of what your team learned from this exercise.
