One of the more creepy and invasive technologies of the modern web is User Behavior Tracking. It is an amazing way for websites get a general idea of what is working on their website and what isn’t. One of the more common Solution for this is Google Analytics. To get the most accurate information for what works and what doesn’t, these programs monitor mouse motion, click, and scrolls on whatever website is being used. It will also allow you to see how the users of your website are interacting with forms on the website to allow an even more accurate read on what is helping and what isn’t.

    Another Technology that is kind of similar to User Behavior Tracking is Targeted Marketing. Many online shopping websites will allow third party advertisers to track the users so they can display ads pertaining to what they search for. While I may not be the biggest fan of this, and I think it is invading privacy more than I would like, it is a great way to bring back more customers.
