Most of us tend to "peak" (i.e., focus all our efforts to meet a certain deadline, or attain a onetime goal). It is much harder mentally and physically to continuously be up-to-date and on top of things.

  1. How would you recommend the implementation of a continuous effort?
  2. What would be your key concerns? How would you monitor your effectiveness?
  3. Explore many of the hospital-wide Joint Commission medical quality and safety measures and present strategies by which the medical leadership can help impact these in the hospital.
