 In this activity you will find out if you are vulnerable to stress. Take the short questionnaire (http://www.stress.org.uk/individual-stress-test/) and  calculate your stress score. Based on your stress score, provide a one  page summary on how you could improve your stress level. If your stress  level is low, comment on what stress management techniques you are  currently employing to maintain your low level.
