• Apply critical thinking skills to analyze business negotiation situations, and construct a negotiation plan
• Assess the regulation of contracting and the requirements of the U.S. Government procurement and contracting requirements
• Evaluate the basic elements of supply chain management and study supply chain strategies and mechanisms within a business environment
• Evaluate the ethical role of a procurement manager in contract negotiations and supply chain management

1. Review the Terminal Course Objectives, accessed by clicking on the “Course Information” tab at the top of your screen, scrolling down to the “Course Objectives” and then selecting View class objectives. How will accomplishing these objectives support your success in management?  
2. What risks or challenges might a manager encounter if they have not mastered these objectives? Explain.
