 The cross was the foundation of Luther's and Bonhoeffer's theology. Is a "theology of the cross" a good foundational starting point for understanding Christian leadership? Or is there a better foundational starting point for a theology of leadership? Using more than just a simplistic identification of leadership related passages, what do you propose as the biblical foundation of Christian leadership?
