2. American political party, or
3. the American public and its attitudes or lack thereof about political matters, or
4. the American political process itself. 

Your cartoon MUST have to do with at least one of these 4 topics.  

THEN, explain WHY you picked the cartoon and what you believe it is saying.  

***IF you post an inherently offensive cartoon it better be to point out how offensive the cartoon is to all civilized people.  If you post it to agree with its offensive content I will cut your grade accordingly.  We are trying to be civil here and this assignment is NOT soliciting content offensive to all civilized people.  Differing opinions and making fun are fine, but not incivility.
