- Make a list of resources needed to start your business. Be as specific as possible. If you say you need a building that is an unacceptable answer because the area, location, type etc. is not mentioned. Resources include capital, employees and skills, buildings, vehicles, supplies, etc. A rough number for capital is sufficient
- Create a list of activities and estimate over how many days these activities will be completed. Include a simple Time Budget for the number of hours of each type of work is needed during the startup period.
