Once you completed your Chapter 6 questionnaire, consider the changes you are going to need to make to address the key leadership skills: administrative, conceptual, and interpersonal. Be specific as you discuss your needed changes and the possible steps for you to acquire these skills in your everyday life and career.
With regard to Chapter 7, explain the five specific elements for your own vision. As a visionary leader, you must have the five characteristics set forth in Chapter 7.
