Read Chapter 7 - Creating a Vision

Review the case study, “A Clean Slate”. Note how Nick was given a task and he had to adjust his vision to meet the requirements of the owners of the newspaper. Now, think about a group or organization to which you belong (or belonged in the past). Was there a clear vision for this group/organization? If yes, how was it communicated?  Was this effective? Why or why not? If you were the leader of this group/organization, what would YOUR vision be? Why? How would you communicate that vision?
