 Part one:

Discuss your thoughts on the value of developing case diagrams. Do you believe case diagrams will benefit the process, or do you believe they do not bring value to the process? Support your opinion. There is not a right or wrong answer. This is a reflection of your thought. This topic in particular is one that is and can be very polarized in an IT department. 

Part two 

 Dan DisAgree has the opposite opinion of case diagrams than you; however, Dan is reasonable and open to change. Create at least one of Dan’s disagreements and provide a persuasive response to influence Dan’s opinion.
