Discussion 5 - Communication for Effective Leadership Class

Once you completed your Chapter 5 questionnaire, consider situations in which a leader might have to attend to tasks and responsibilities over their relationships with people. 

-Can you imagine situations in which you might feel conflicted about these two roles? 

-How will you decide which to prioritize?

-Do you have examples from your everyday life of a leader finding the balance between the task and relationships?
