In the reading, Dean suggests the book is about messy, adaptive problems with no clear cut answers. Heifetz, Grashow, and Linsky propose  encouraging adaptation, embracing disequilibrium, and fostering  leadership. For the Unit 6 Discussion, evaluate the concepts from Leadership in a Fractured World  with Heifetz et al. “Leadership in a Permanent Crisis.” Compare the  adaptive leadership styles in both readings and estimate their  effectiveness on organizational change. Examine how the approaches could  include followership. What types of adaptive leadership interventions  would you design to facilitate organizational change?
