Personal Leadership Statement and Implementation Plan

You will write a personal leadership statement. You will identify both your strengths and your areas for improvement. You will utilize at least two leadership theories that we have studied. You will create a plan for how you plan to address your areas for improvement. You may use specific leadership challenges you face in your current work environment or leadership challenges you need to face to move to the next level as a basis for the implementation portion of this paper. 

This paper should be 8-10 pages and utilize APA format.
