What were the changes in AtekPC's business environment that caused the company to introduce a PMO? Based on your assigned readings and research do these appear to be appropriate reasons for developing a PMO? What was the Socio-Economic environment that existed in Atek PC at the time of the development and deployment of the PMO? Did AtekPC employ an appropriate strategy? Why or why not?
