Find a reported natural disaster or security breach that occurred within the last 12 months. 

From the news accounts, determine if the incident was poorly managed, in your own opinion, and how the organization could have better handled the incident.  At what point should law enforcement been contacted, if any at all?  What data breach laws govern the incident?
