Discursive Ethical Framework

In approximately 5-7 pages design, describe and defend an ethical framework for an organization, team or profession (not law, medicine, accounting or religious professions).  A framework must be more than simply a code of ethics.  You should be trying to get the target group to embrace the practice of making good choices as opposed to mere obedience to a code. The length of the actual framework should be 1-3 pages. The rest of the paper should be your analysis of how you chose your approach and why you think it will result in giving individuals the proper balance, (1) between structure and agency; (2) between individual empowerment and the greater good; and (3) between group identity and multicultural difference.
