Give special attention to pages 6 and 7.  In the context of where our school is now, after having experienced a pandemic and the next few years, please pay attention to at least two one of the Technology Infrastructure Strategies and at least two of the Online and Distance Education Technology Strategies.   

The fourth comment to be provided reflects your statement on the importance of the work done by the IT Infrastructure staff.  What does their work mean to you?  How does this affect you? 

Provide the answers, while listing your responses using the following format.  Whenever using an AI tool,  please specify the AI tool that you are using for the assignment.   

1-Question:  Describe what you consider to be at least 3 of the most important components of the Technology Infrastructure and why they are important.  Provide your answer to the AI tool so that the AI tool may evaluate what you have listed as 3 of the most important components of a Technology Infrastructure at an urban university with about 20,000  students.

4-Question:  Provide your statement explaining your thoughts on the importance of the work done by the IT Infrastructure Staff.

5-Question:  Ask the AI tool to provide a statement naming and describing five of the staff positions that are utilized by the Technology Infrastructure Department.
