Students need to write a case study on a companies "thought leadership" social media.
Essentially research a company that has introduced their CEO to social media.
Track how successful was it for them? Was there any backlash (angry comments)? Did it help increase brand awareness? Did the company gain any consumer insights by having the CEO on social media? Follow the CEO and find out what types of posts did they create? What was the most engaged post topic? Anything unique to share from evaluating this CEO thought leadership social media?
