Customers often take fulfillment issues, shipping problems or quality-control issues to social media before using formal resolution channels. It is common for employees to either accidentally or purposefully tweet, share or post controversial content or messages on a brand page. When these situations happen, take corrective action immediately by resolving the customer's problems or deleting the inappropriate content and issuing an immediate apology. You need to be prepared, however, for the fallout to follow you.

Each roughly correlates with a (woman’s) body type. There’s an hourglass bottle. A tall, thin bottle with smaller curves. A pear-shaped bottle. An even squatter pear-shaped bottle. “Real beauty breaks molds,” the ad quips, before revealing that the six bottles are available as a limited-edition run.

Additionally, for the first time ever, Lyft's downloads surpassed Uber's on Sunday, January 29, as a direct result of the #DeleteUber campaign.
