Read about the defining characteristics of middle age in chapters 13 and 14, then interview two individuals in this stage. Ask them about the pros and cons of this time in life, and whether or not they had a "midlife crisis". Summarize your results in a 2 page paper, comparing the interviews to what the text describes in terms of physical, cognitive, and psychosocial issues that most people experience in middle age.
