As the project manager, how would you decide whether a certain part (function or feature) should be a part of the scope? As the project manager, what would be your criteria? Should the project manager or the project stakeholders make the ultimate decision on the final scope statement? Explain your reasoning. How does the scope impact the creation of the WBS?
