The project will test your understanding of virtual team management using documents and events that will make the project team more productive. The project involves the customer service department of a company that continuously has inaccurate customer data. The customer service and IT managers agree that a new project team should be established to implement a new data governance program. You are the virtual team leader and will be responsible for managing this virtual team.
