Define dispensing process

[Create a list of five (5) questions for clarification, the person you will be asking these questions (e.g., pharmacist, owner, customer, etc.). For each question provide your justification, i.e., what do you expect to learn from the question and why are you asking this question, its category and ranking. These questions must aim to fill the gaps in knowledge that you have not gathered through the video observations, interview (questions), your research and document analysis. 

Note that questions for which information is publicly available will not attract marks.
