Based on your reading, comment on the relative benefits and limitations of using the database capabilities of spreadsheets, desktop-based database management systems, and server-based database management systems.  In addition, discuss the databases that you use or are used in your workplace. Are these spreadsheets, desktop-based database management systems, or server-based database management systems? Do you think that these are the appropriate form for storing and accessing your organization's data?
