Watch the attached video and write 2 - 3 full pages critique on your interpretation of the presentation. The film is approximately 70 minutes in length. Concentrate your comments and observations on the material covered in Chapters 10, 11 & 13.  You do not have to compose your comments just based on these chapters but they have the most direct connection with the subject material in the video. If you feel that other material may have more inputs towards your analysis feel free to use it. Keep in mind that proper citation is imperative and a must in determining credit for this assignment.  Please take notes to help focus your critique on some of the legal aspects that have been written in the connective chapters mentioned in the assignment.  Court decisions are a complicated set of legal reasoning based on past decisions that various cases have in common.  The right to counsel is one of the corner stones of this video.
