You have been entrusted with the task of writing contracts with stakeholders of a medical referral website.

Some of the salient features of this website include: 1. Helps doctors find specialists (for any medical condition) in any geographical region. These specialists are nominated by other doctors or could be self-nominated. 2. The patients’ records are kept online for all concerned doctors to view. 3. The referral mechanism can be initiated by any of the doctors who are registered with the site. You may register as a generalist (Family Practice etc). 4. There is a message board associated with the site that can be accessed by the general public. This message board may contain information rating the specialists. 5. The referring doctor has to get the patient approval prior to using the site on their behalf. 6. The site has doctors from every region of the world. However, the search can be localized to a particular region (miles from a zip code, state/province, groups of states/provinces, country, group of countries.) 7. It also contains insurance and other medical cost related information about each doctor. The concerned doctor provides this information. 8. Finally, many High Schools in the US are participating in this web-site. The health counselors can create accounts for their student-patients. 9. This site is sponsored by a consortium of pharmaceutical companies. They may advertise their products and seek information for clinical trials through this site. In order to complete this task, you will first identify all the stakeholders that may require contract. You may write down reasonable assumption OR ask for more specific details (Yes/No answers only :-) ) from the instructor. Finally, Write all stakeholders, you may write down 5 important aspects of the contract with them.
