Construction Management Report

In this coursework, here it is required to analyse 6 potential problems or challenges that relate to the construction project and the impact of the problems to the delivery of the project and also to the environment. And also the 6 problems needs to be addressed by providing solution to it. Also there is a requirement of construction management team to be included with their roles assessing the task and the responsibilities they have in the undertaken task, addressing to the problems.
