INTRODUCTION

An analysis of the problems/challenges that relate to the Construction project and its environment

TASK

Identified 6 problems/challenges that would impact the delivery of the construction project. You must assess the impact of each problem/challenge and produce a solution to mitigate these. You will need to produce a construction management team with roles and responsibilities for each of the team.

Outputs

· Introduction setting out the scope of the work

· Logical structure of the report covering the scope set out in the introduction. In each section of the report you must state your proposal, explain the function and benefits it will bring both to the client and the delivery of the project

· The report must have a conclusion that relates to the introduction and main structure of the report.

· The report relates directly to the construction project.

· The report is produced by you, the Construction Manager

· You must support your proposal with an appropriate rationale

· Your work must be supported with appropriate references  Word Count should NOT exceed 1500 words.
