The deliverables for this week are the conclusions and recommendations section. This section should be about 3-4 pages and include the following:

4. Manage cultural change (operating in a multi-cultural environment, dealing with differences in language, organization, maturity, and time constraints).
5. Briefly explain the solutions you are recommending and the operational effectiveness of these solutions.
6. Briefly explain the ERP implementation and the impact on business processes and the possibilities to integrate BPM.
7. Discuss recommendations in relationship to current trends in the business world and practical implications (e.g., developing big data technology that impact current architectures, reducing costs, and increasing customer loyalty to the business).
