Enterprise resource planning is commonly known as ERP systems normally gives a view that is holistic from an IT architecture and single information of the business.ERP is huge, complex and comprehensive systems and gives careful execution and planning warrant not to ensure implementation that is successful.

A process in business is termed as activities that are interrelated which have inputs result that is definable in adding value inputs from a perspective custom.(BPM) Business Process Management is defined as an approach that is structured to support, analyze, understand and improve the fundamental process continuously. To improve the rate of successful project implementation of ERP often enterprises have BPM implemented during and before the implementation of ERP.

Framework usually closes the gap that exists between BPM and ERP system and this enables the complete life cycle of the implementation process of the centric enterprise system. Nowadays enterprise resource planning implementation is the company key issue. During integration, the problems can be identified better which is not always a simple task regardless of whether their origins are complex and multiple often. A crucial criterion followed in ERP implementation is Rationalization follows information. A research that was carried out in U.S it showed that 80% of enterprises were usually implementing ERP in 2006 which was a process of production management and optimization. Rationalization basically refers to the standardization, analysis, optimization, evaluation, and reorganization of the process of a business enterprise that is BPM.

BPM is usually established from BPR which are methods of contents advanced management and varieties of technologies, content modeling, process analysis, process optimization and technology of process evaluation. It is important that whenever enterprises are ready to apply for ERP for internal resources integration to make use of BPM for optimization and diagnostic processes with consideration to objectives of the business and their strategic position

ERP use changes the whole process that was manual to information technology process which makes the enterprise work to more efficient and the management becomes easier. Whenever enterprises for manufacturing such as enterprise for discrete manufacturing want ERP to be successfully implemented it is crucial for them to introduce and adapt BPM.This usually follows methodology set of research in the improvement of the business integration process and implementation of ERP to give innovation for business enterprise model support as well improve competitiveness in the market.

In most scenarios, IBM impletion in enterprises is developed towards projects of ERP or usually have the implementation of ERP simultaneously. Below is a framework of BPM-ERP integration.

According to the process of cycle mode improvement, there is an establishment of process improvement model which comes under the integrated framework of BPM-ERP. ERP and BPM are usually related closely in content and time dimension. The ERP and business design of the project are developed on demand analysis and project research basis and two goals design consistency that ensures enterprises attains information realization. The process which is redesigned that matches whether the ERP mainstream realization software system must be attended which is helpful in right ERP system selection, system customization realization and maintain and use the running system. Training must be held and attended which contents training of business process in the processes of business improvement.

Business Process Re-engineering usually plays a very important role in the implementation of ERP system. The integration process within ERP normally has huge potential of giving maximum BPR benefits. Effective carrying out project of BPR has been noted in many organizations to be a challenge. However, with use of ERP systems, makes BPR have a dual role that is one as the prerequisite while the other as result.ERP and BPR are supportive to each other, in that we have BPR offer support through the integration of business process implementation using automation and applications using workflows.

In conclusion, ERP is a business and integrated information software system that gets business and organization attention as a way of improving the processes of business and achieving the goals of the company. Due to this reason system of ERP should be more concern about the processes of business change in comparison to installation technical change. The ERP should be implemented in organization and businesses as they provide culture that is user-friendly where people can share their capabilities with the organization in development in future.Management change in ERP systems is usually a task that is very challenging as barriers that are in form of soft issues normally comes out when we have changed in the system that exists.
