Module 4: Concept Video OR Powerpoint Presentation Assignment
Using direct instruction to teach new concepts to students with exceptionalities helps them to gain and retain new content. For this assignment, you will create a video presentation OR Poweroint using direct instruction to teach students with exceptionalities a new Content concept virtually. You do not have to have a live audience/classroom. However, you will have to show at least one handout and/or the materials that you will use to teach the concept. If you opt to complete a video, it should be from 5-7 minutes sharing exactly how you would present the information to your students with exceptionalities. If you opt to complete a Powerpoint, you will need to include a minimum of 15 slides that clearly demonstrate how you will use the Powerpoint using direct instruction.
