This assignment assesses CO-2. [content page]

For this assignment, you will use a substitution cipher tool to implement a simple substitution cipher.

  1. Navigate to the substitution cipher tool on PlanetCalc [webpage]
  2. Type the following into the textbox: “I want to get an “A” in this course to ensure I have a good GPA upon graduation.”
  3. Ensure you select “Encode.”
  4. Ensure you have selected “Create five-letter groups.”
  5. Select “Calculate.”
  6. Copy and paste the encoded cipher from the “transformed text” section (under the Calculate button) into a Word document.

Submission Instructions:

  • A Word document that contains the encoded cipher from the "transformed text" section.
