1.    Resource: “Complexity Leadership: Enabling People and Organizations for Adaptability” from Organizational Dynamics
   
   
   As a team, discuss the article and current challenges in health care leadership.
   
   Brainstorm how complex leadership strategies may be leveraged to address one or more of these challenges.
   
   Select one or two health care leadership challenges and map which leadership functions (operational, entrepreneurial, or enabling) can be used to address them. (Roles of Pressure) was selected.
2. Find only solutions to the challenge that was chosen
   
   Create a , 1-slide voice-over presentation using either Microsoft® PowerPoint® or websites such as Google Slides™, Adobe® Slate, or Prezi. The presentation will share your team’s proposed path to the solution using the leadership functions identified by Uhl-Bien and Arena.
   
   Cite 2 reputable references to support your assignment (e.g., trade or industry publications, government or agency websites, scholarly works, or other sources of similar quality).
