For this project, you have been hired as a consultant to write a competitor report for your client, CP Drain Cleaning in Columbus(http://www.cprdraincleaningoh.com/). I have modified Evan's steps (http://www.exinfm.com/training/pdfiles/course12-1.pdf)to better fit this assignment (pages 7 and 8).

1. Identify the critical questions/items (given to you by the client and included in the sample outline).
2. Collect data.
3. Analyze data.
4. Write findings and recommendations.
5. Submit report.
