Reflection

For my group we tried lot of time to contact with community client, but two of them don’t have any feedback. And one said they will come up for the meeting, but when we call them doing the meeting, they didn’t answer the phone, so that we made up a google form and sent to them, until now don’t have any answer back yet. So I will do this reflection depends on my research.

For the client, they are Spanish speaker. So, they maybe are Spanish. Their culture will be high context. Their culture is more about family and social community, their beliefs are mostly Catholic. Cause “According to the Spanish Center for Sociological Research, 52.0% of Spanish citizens self-identify as Catholics, (35.2% define themselves as non-practicing, while 16.8% as practicing), 2.4% as followers of other faiths (including Islam, Protestant Christianity, Buddhism etc.), and 44.1% identify as: atheists (16.8%), agnostics (14.4%) or non-believers (12.9%), as of September 2023.” (Wikipedia)

We didn’t get any information from clients so I will just say what I thought depends on research. First, I from China our culture is similar as them high context. Maybe I can understand them easier. We need to not just ask them questions, we must make them talk, that will be helpful to get information.

I think in our group the only problem is didn’t really talk to the real client, what we are doing right now all depends on the research. After that we can have a good work.

As what I says, we didn’t get any information yet, so I think two ways, first we can make volunteer to separate this website in Spanish community, and then use some real fact that who used the website and get succussed. Second is ask them how they get information at and have more ways to let people knows this website.
