Each group must have students who represent both sides of the legal issue in each case and must prepare a legal argument for all sides to the legal case. Within each case study different legal issue for both parties will need to be discussed.
Each group must conduct further research into the legal issue and prepare a legal report for its case. The issues that should be discussed include – Outline of the legal arguments for each participant in the dispute.What are the pros and cons of each possible decision? Are any other decisions possible? What do you think the implications of the decision will be?
You should refer to the prescribed textbook, other recommended textbooks, and any relevant Treaties, Conventions, Acts and Cases in your answer
