Discuss the impact of the Norris-LaGuardia Act, The Wagner Act, Executive Order 10988, Women’s Trade Union League, and Fair Labor Standards Act. What circumstances prompted Congress to pass these acts along with the Taft-Hartley Amendments and the Landrum-Griffin Act? What are the key provisions of these acts?
