We need

 1.) Career Episodes (3 career episode) (7-8 Pages / 2000 Words – Each
Career Episode)

It will include information from the projects that you will be providing
(It might be academic as well as work based) depending on your
situation. I will need three projects in total

2.) CPD (Continuing Professional Development) (1-2 Pages, 500 Words)

This will include all the process of tracking and documenting all the
skills, experience and knowledge that you have acquired till date (both
formal and informal)

3.) Summary Statement (5-6 Pages / 2500 Words)

The entire CDR will be 35 Pages long and Plagiarism FREE (Turnitin
Report should be provided as evidence).
