• Identify the agency and/or cabinet department that is responsible for the given function of government

• Assess whether the government could be doing more to better serve  the public in the area of your choice, be it in reporting on the  function or providing the function of government itself

• The paper should be between 1 ½ and 2 pages in length, submitted in Microsoft Word format with 12 point font and 1 inch margins.
