Trust Building
Building trust is not a new concept when it comes to change in an organization. If an organization is looking for the employee to have a positive attitude towards environmental change the company must show the employee’s trustworthiness, and positivity because most work behaviors are based on communication between the superior and subordinates. The employee feels a sense of belonging, importance, worthiness, etc. when such information and participation of the employee in a task to its completion.
Trust building will bring positive attitudes and actions on behalf of the employee. Managers can consider involving employees in organizational processes, such as decision-making or determination of work roles, as this is found to
positively influence the development of trust. (VAKOLA, 2013)
