Case Studies

Case Studies: Identify two case studies describing diversity initiatives currently in place in an organization. For example, Strategic HR Management Journal has studies of Dell, Accenture, and Coca-Cola. You may also find information on an organization's website about its diversity initiatives. Ensure that there is enough information for you to critique its approaches. Evaluate the practices each organization is using to support its diversity and inclusion goals.  In a 3 - 4 page paper, compare, contrast, and critique the organization's approaches against what you have learned to be evidence-based best practices for diversity initiatives. Use at least 4 assigned readings to support your analysis and conclusions (at least one from this week, but others can be from previous weeks' readings).
