Case Brief

**You are to brief a case of your own choosing which does not exceed 10 pages in length and which was decided in the last 10 years.

You can use Google Scholar, Findlaw, Oyez, you can also use WESTLAW or Lexis from the library to locate a case to the brief.

You must brief the full case -- not an abridged version. Do not use a short cut version website such as a casebreifs.com -- for this assignment. If you do, SafeAssign will note this in your report and you will not receive credit for the assignment.

This is an opportunity to find an area of law that interests you and explore a case.  

Be sure to use the case brief format found on pages 13-16 of the eText. 

**Additionally, include a 1-2 page memo explaining the impact of the case on the law involved, and your opinion of the court's holding. Do you agree? Disagree? Why?
